Education Qualification

The minimum qualification for the post of Clerk is a Bachelor of Arts, Commerce, Science, or any other degree equivalent to it from a recognized university and proficiency in the operation of a Computer (Word Processing and Spread Sheet).

Punjab and Haryana High Court Typing Test Details

Candidates who qualify for the Main Written Examination may be shortlisted for the typing/computer test (English) and viva-voce. Candidates shall be called for the viva voce if they qualify for the typing test (English) with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute. No candidate shall be considered qualified for the type/computer test if they commit more than 10% mistakes.
